Batch 1
Body Movement Strengthening Therapy

Activating sensory and motor nerves using a physical and biochemical approach. We aim to help the general public and seniors stay healthy and fit in their later years.

Batch 2
Stay Active, Stay Awesome!

The second session continued the training from Batch 1. The first session saw residents' enthusiasm grow, encouraging them to join in and experience the benefits of FTC's movement and mindfulness training.

The second session featured the same program, but with a greater emphasis on getting to know their own bodies. The hope is that they will gain a better understanding of their own bodies.

Batch 3
Stay Active, Stay Awesome!

The third session saw even greater enthusiasm from the residents of the Gerlang highlands (Dieng Mountains).

The initial session began with a pulse rate measurement to determine whether each person's pulse was normal. However, this measurement exercise isn't that simple. It's a tool for getting to know ourselves better, as we can sense the rhythm of our heart and peripheral blood vessels, which is a truly extraordinary gift from God.

Next, we move on to core body movement exercises, which support the daily activities of mothers and seniors to stay fit.
