In 2025, the Frenma Group launched a social program called the Grama Project. Grama Project consists of four members: Frendika, Zharfan, Arza, and Hilmi. “Grama” is a word derived from Sanskrit meaning “village.” The main objective of this program is to help communities optimize the natural resources available in their villages. In 2025, we will carry out this project in Beluk Village, Belik District, Tegal Regency. Beluk Village is the largest pineapple producer in the area. However, there are not many processed pineapple products sold in souvenir shops around Tegal’s tourist attractions. By processing pineapples into derivative products, the fruit’s selling value will increase significantly. We will collaborate with the local youth organization to engage the community. Customer testimonials will come from tourists, and we will also collaborate with local bread producers. In addition to pineapple chips and pineapple jam, we will develop organic fertilizer made from discarded pineapple peels. Furthermore, we will conduct technological research and development to increase the productivity of our derivative products. We will also carry out market analysis and calculations to determine which pineapple-based products will be most favorable for consumers. Apart from the products mentioned above, pineapples can also be processed into other food derivatives such as traditional dodol, chips, and preserves, as well as beverages like syrup, juice, and pineapple peel tea. The Grama Project will continuously assess market trends to ensure alignment with product segmentation and potential collaborations. Grama Project will also conduct village tours to identify opportunities in rural areas that can be transformed through innovation and sustainable practices. Will your village be the next one? We welcome invitations from youth groups across Indonesia and are open to future collaborations. Don’t forget to contact us below — Make your village a paradise.
This project is led by Arzata. The initial analysis includes an analysis of opportunities in the village, natural resources, and their derivative products. After that, we will conduct product trials and manufacture products that are easily processed by the community. Utilizing residential land for productive purposes is also a way for us to optimize existing space. We will also map out the stores that will receive these derivative products.
