Grama Project

In 2025, the Frenma Group launched a social program called the Grama Project. Grama Project consists of five members: Frendika, Zharfan, Arza, and Hilmi. Grama Project means five young people from five different villages who share the same passion. These two words are taken from Sanskrit. The main objective of this program is to help the community optimize the natural resources available in the village. In 2025, we will carry out this project in Beluk Village, Belik District, Tegal Regency. Beluk Village is the largest pineapple producer in the area. There are not many processed pineapples sold in souvenir shops around Tegal tourist attractions. By processing pineapples into derivative products, the fruit's selling value will increase. We will collaborate with the youth organization in the village to approach the community. Customer testimonials come from tourists, and we will even collaborate with bread producers in the area. In addition to pineapple chips and jam, we will develop organic fertilizer from discarded pineapple peels. In addition, we will conduct further technological developments to increase the productivity of our derivative products. We will also conduct calculations to develop derivative products that will be the best for consumers. In addition to the products mentioned above, pineapples can also be processed into processed food derivatives such as jam, traditional dodol, chips, and preserves, as well as beverages like syrup, juice, and pineapple peel tea. Grama Project will assess the market trends we will collaborate with, aligning with the product segmentation. Grama Project will conduct a tour to identify opportunities in villages that will be targeted for further change. Will your village be the next village?
